ZTE’s first ever dual-screen phone, ZTE Axon M was launched in US this year. Now the company plans to expand its market by introducing the phone in China in the coming weeks. To validate our claim, the smartphone ZTE Axon M has been spotted on Chinese certification website, TENAA recently.
Looking at the specifications of the Chinese variant of ZTE Axon M. The Axon M sports a 5.2-inch Full HD LCD display, which can be unfolded to give a viewing area of 6.75 inches. Thus, the major highlight of the smartphone is the dual screens, which comes with four different modes. Firstly, is a dual mode, users can open different applications on both the screens. For example, you can check e-mails on one screen while surfing the internet on another.
Then comes Extended mode, where users can use two screens as one large screen of 6.75-inch Full HD. Following this is the Mirror Mode, this shows the same content on both the screen so that you can watch the same content on one device. Last is a Traditional mode where you can turn the smartphone into a normal one, only powering on screen, while the other becomes the back panel.
Moreover, the Chinese variant is almost the same as the USA product. The device packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage is not further expandable. On the camera front, the smartphone sports a 20-megapixel shooter. And runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat. To power the device, a 3180mAh battery is in the package. It measures 150.8 x 71.64 x 12.10 mm and weighs 230 grams.
