Xiaomi has announced the launch of Mi 7 in the second quarter of this year and this smartphone is tipped to come with some high-end specifications. There have been numerous leaks about the specifications of the device already and today a mockup sketch has also come up online, revealing some design features of the phone.
As we are aware of the fact that the Vivo X20 Plus UD came with the in-display fingerprint scanner, the new smartphone is also tipped to come with the same technology in the earlier leaks. But as per the leaked images, the Xiaomi MI 7 might come with the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Also, the phone could be made out of metal. Th three physical buttons are also placed on the left which are the device’s volume up and volume down buttons with the third key located above them.
The main thing to be extracted from the leaked image would be the presence of the dual-camera set-up of the device on the phone. The LED flash is also present with the cameras. Moreover, the phone’s power/lock key is present on the right-hand side of the device. As for the other specifications, the new Mi 7 will be coming with a 5.6-inch display which will be supporting FHD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and has an aspect ratio of 18:9. The phone will be having a higher configuration with 8 GB of RAM with 128 GB inbuilt storage and the lower configuration with 6GB and 64 GB of storage. The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 845. Also, the device might also come as Xiaomi’s first wireless charging device. The phone is anticipated to be priced at 3,000 Yuan.
