Xiaomi’s rumored flagship Mi 7 is in news from so long and lately many specifications of the device have been leaked online. The phone was earlier rumored to be launched at upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 but looks like the company is going to go with its Mi MIX 2s instead. Now the new leaks have revealed the likely specifications of the upcoming Mi 7 which makes us sure that this new device from Xiaomi is going to compete with some amazing devices in the market.
The hardware aspects of the device have been leaked by PlayfulDroid. The leaked screenshot tells us that the phone might be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. Along with this, the smartphone is tipped to comes with 8GB of RAM with 128GB of inbuilt storage. The phone will be having a dual 16-megapixel camera setup. The company could also launch the base variant of 6GB RAM with 64GB storage. The phone is believed to sport a 5.65-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) display with an 18:9 aspect ratio.
The phone is seen running Android 8.1 Oreo, with MIUI 220.127.116.11 on top of it, which gets us to the point that the phone will be coming with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The company has also confirmed that that the Mi 7 would be the first device to come supporting the wireless charging technology. Therefore, the back of device would be made either of glass or ceramic. This so-called flagship device from the company is believed to be priced at $500 (approximately Rs 31,800).
