Vodafone, one of the largest telecom company in India, has a vast number of consumer base in India. However, to sustain in this competition given by Airtel, Reliance etc. The company is introducing new plans on a regular basis to keep up with their users and attract more. On the same lines, the telecom giant has come up with a new plan for the students of Kolkata. This is known as Vodafone’s ‘Campus Survival Kit’.
In this plan the students will get 1 GB of 4G data per day for 84 days. Additionally, they can enjoy unlimited calls to any operator. It will come at a price of Rs 446/-. Although, the plan was initially launched in New Delhi in the month of July and it did well among-st the students. So now the company is planning to launch this plan for the students of Kolkata.
According to Arvinder Sachdev, Business Head, Kolkata & West Bengal, Vodafone India said, “The beginning of college life opens a world of opportunities and experiences for youngsters. While they want to use their new found freedom to explore these opportunities, their tight pocket allowance proves challenging. To overcome this challenge, they are always looking for hacks and shortcuts. This is to be resourceful and live life to the fullest making great memories for future. The Vodafone Campus Survival Kit will equip them with the best Telco deals to help them sail through their college life.”
Furthermore, in another Campus Survival Kit, Vodafone gave a SIM card, free vouchers and mobile holder to the students of UP and Uttrakhand. The vouchers were from popular food and entertainment brands.
