To give a neck to neck competition to the king of the telecom service provider Jio, Vodafone has come up with new plans for its selected circle. In order to lure its customers, Vodafone has launched Rs 459, Rs 409, and Rs 349 plans having almost similar data and call benefits as Jio. The plans are for the network in AP & Telangana, Bihar & Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh circles.
Let’s talk about these plans in brief:
The Rs 459 tariff plan:
The plan is bundled with unlimited voice calls, unlimited data and 100 SMS per day for 91 days. There is no mention of FUP limit for this plan.
The Rs 409 tariff plan:
The pack offers unlimited voice calls and unlimited data and also comes along with 100 SMS per day. The validity of this offer is of 84 days.
The Rs 349 tariff plan:
Similarly, this plan also comes with same offers as above mentioned only with the validity of 70 days.
With these plans, Vodafone has limited the calling to 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week. As there is no FUP for the 2G data, therefore it is predicted that these plans offer unlimited 2G data, not 3G/4G. Vodafone has similar plans for its circle in Mumbai, Chennai, etc where it is providing Rs 509 tariff plan which gives 1GB 3G/4G data per day, unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day for 91 days, the Rs 459 plan with same unlimited offers for 84 days, the Rs 399 plan for 70 days, whereas, the Rs 357 pack offers 2GB data per day and unlimited voice calls for 28 days.
After Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel, Vodafone is soon going to launch its VoLTE services in some parts of the country after which it will also be able to provide unlimited calling with crystal clear voice experience.
Further details will be shared.
