Swipe, an Indian handset manufacturing company is famous for its budget tablets. Now the company has added another tablet in its list, the Slate Pro tablet that brands a large display for better view and is powered by a massive battery to the VFM segment. The company had just recently launched Swipe Elite Pro at a price of Rs 6,999.
Talking about the specifications of this new launch, the Swipe Slate Pro tablet comes with a big 10.1 inch display that has a 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. The tablet is equipped with an unnamed 1.1GHz Quad-Core processor that runs one a Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. The Swipe Slate Pro tablet has a 2GB of RAM capacity along with 16GB of internal storage which the user can further expand to up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. The Swipe Slate Pro is a 4G VoLTE enabled device. The tablet is equipped with 5 mega pixel primary camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel secondary camera. This newly launched tablet by Swipe runs on a 5,000mAh battery.
The Founder and CEO off Swipe, Shripal Gandhi on the launch day said that the company aims at providing its consumers with affordable technology with its top Tablet and Smartphones. The company keeps the user convenience as its primary importance. The Swipe Slate Pro has been designed for the working students and young professionals. Shripal Gandhi further said that the company makes products that are user friendly and by launching its products on Flipkart, the company has always experienced a boost in its sales.
The Swipe Slate Pro is exclusively available for sale via Flipkart and is already up for the sale process on the Flipkart website. The tablet is available at a price tag off Rs 8,490. But there is not much of a choice that the user will get in terms of color as the tablet is available in only Champagne Gold color variant.
