Swipe Elite 2+ Launched at Rs. 3,999; Check Specs and Availability

A new smartphone dubbed as Swipe Elite 2 Plus (2017) has been launched by the Swipe today at the price tag of Rs. 3,999 in India, adding one more smartphone to its portfolio. This entry-level smartphone is available for purchase exclusively via the online retailer Snapdeal and comes in black color option only.

To be recalled, the recently launched Elite 2 Plus (2017) is the successor to the model which was released last year as Elite 2 Plus in 2016 for Rs. 4,444. The only change which can be seen is in the operating system, battery and camera, which has been upgraded whereas, all the remaining specs are kept same as the previous model. The old model comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, a 2500mAh battery and a 5MP as the rear camera and a 2MP front camera.

Specifications of Swipe Elite 2 Plus (2017):

Coming to the specs of the device, the Swipe Elite 2 Plus (2017) features a 5-inch VGA (480 x 640p) display. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core processor which is clocking at 1.5 GHz and tipped with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system.

The phone has an 8GB of internal storage, that can be further expanded up to 32GB via a micro SD card. For the photography part, the phone flaunts an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video-calling. For keeping the lights on, the device is juiced up by a 3000 mAh battery. The connectivity options which are available on board are Dual SIM, 4G, GPS, WiFi and micro USB port. Dimension-wise, it measures 145.2 x 72.8 x 9.9 mm and weighs 150 grams.
