Samsung Galaxy Note 8 might get Android 7.1.1 Nougat update, leaked HTML5Test database revealed

Samsung Galaxy now with its recent launches have entered into the flagship market of smartphones. The recent news is about its latest smartphone that is Galaxy Note 8 which is due to receive a nougat 7.1.1 update. Note 8 now joins the ever-growing list of smartphones that are going to get latest Android nougat 7.1.1 update.

Samsung Galaxy has always walked hand in hand with the latest technology. It has thrived to provide the best and latest version to their customers. With this new update the customers are going to enjoy the latest Android version of smartphone. Note 8 was launched earlier this year as an update to ill-fated Note 7. After a debacle towards note 7 Samsung is determined to do better.

Earlier according to headlines, the latest smartphone is reportedly codenamed ‘Samsung Great’ and its prototype has been spotted running Android 7.1.1 Nougat. If reports by Sammobile are to be believed, smartphone with model number SM-N950F has appeared on HTML5Test database. This handset is believed to be Galaxy Note 8 and it scored a whole 488 points out of a total 555 on Samsung Internet 5.2 browser. Also it spotted that the prototype spotted running HTML5Test reveals is running Android 7.1.1 Nougat and not Android O beta build.

Earlier this year Google has announced that pixel will be the first phone to receive Android O beta update. So it is confirmed that Samsung Note 8 will be launched in Nougat version. It will interesting to see how this smartphone panes out after the ill fact of previous version of Note 7.
