Samsung is ready to restore its reputation with Samsung Galaxy Note 8. With the disastrous end to Note 7, speculations were high if they will continue with the Note series, but they have. Moreover, the Tech giant is positive about the styling and features of this feature model. The device will be available for Pre-orders from August 24 in USA, and the will be available at retail stores from September 15 on wards. The AT&T service providers will offer it for $930 and Verizon for $960.
Besides this, for people who pre order, Samsung is giving out Gear 360 camera or a charging bundle as incentive. And there is something in store for Note 7 buyers as well. They will be given special discounts and encouraged to buy Note 8.
Looking at the specs of this much awaited flagship model. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will sport a massive 6.3 inch Quad HD AMOLED Infinity screen with a resolution of 1440 by 2960 pixels. Moreover, the Note 8 will house 1.6 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6 GB of RAM. The phone comes with 64 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256 GB via a microSD card. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. Perhaps, the new Android 8.0 update might be on the cards.
On the Optics front, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 packs a dual-lens camera. The rear lenses both of 12-megapixel capacity have an aperture of f/1.7(wide angle lens), and the secondary lens is f/2.4. Besides this, the front camera shoots with a 8-megapixel front lens.
