Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy S9 duo recently and we have spotted Samsung Galaxy J6 in many benchmarking sites but now we are here with some new information. The yet-unannounced Galaxy J8 has appeared on the benchmarking site, Geekbench where the device has been spotted earlier in January this year also. The upcoming Samsung J8 smartphone comes with the model number SM-J800FN, while, the earlier listing had shown the Samsung handset which is believed to be Galaxy J8 with the model number SM-J720F.
As per the new listing, the Samsung Galaxy J6 has a score of 3683 points in multi-core performance and 728 in the single-core. The listing has also revealed many specifications part of the device.
Expected Specifications of Samsung Galaxy J8:
As per the new listing, the Samsung J8 will be powered by an Exynos 7870 processor, which landed in 2016 by Samsung. The Exynos 7 Octa 7870 sports eight Cortex-A53 cores which clocked at 1.6GHz along with LTE Cat.6 2CA Modem. The processor will be coupled with 3GB of RAM. The device is believed to come running Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Notably, the previous listing had suggested a 4GB RAm variant of the smartphone.
Although the hardware part of the device is still under shades. Since the smartphone is powered by the Exynos 7 Octa 7870 processor, it is anticipated to feature the camera lens up to 16-megapixel for both front and rear cameras or 8-megapixel each in dual camera mode. Furthermore, looking at the previously leaked information, the Galaxy J8 may sport a 5.5-inch display with a 720×1280 pixels resolution.
