The OnePlus 3 and 3T are the flagship phones for OnePlus last year with OnePlus 5 the latest flagship device from OnePlus. Now we are here with good news for the OnePlus 3 and 3T users. The company is now rolling out the Android 8.0 Oreo Beta officially. To be recalled, earlier the company started testing Android 8.0 Oreo update for the OnePlus 3 and 3T via the closed beta program. Now the beta version of Oreo update for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T as an open beta build 25 and 16 respectively is rolling out.

The update brings the September security patch for the devices as well. Moreover, you will receive this update via an OTA if you’re already part of OxygenOS Open Beta program. And if you want to install this Open Beta build of Android Oreo on your OnePlus 3 and 3T, you need to flash the device manually. As the update is still in beta state, there might be some issues with the update which will soon be resolved.
