Nokia 9/Nokia 6 May Launch at MWC 2018, HMD Sending Out Media Invites

MWC, 2018 is just a month away from now and looks like every smartphone manufacturer is teasing to launch their smartphones at this event. One such company is HMD, which has launched global lineup of handsets at MWC 2017 last year, is all set to come with some great things in hands this year also.

Talking about Nokia 6 (2018), the company launched the smartphone in China earlier this month and now it is all geared up to release the device globally at the upcoming MWC 2018 conference. The company has also sent out media invites for the same which says “…join us at the Home of Nokia phones for an intimate and exclusive unveiling of the next chapter of our story.” The event will be taking place on February 25 at 4 PM CET (8.30PM IST, Sunday).

Just one day before this, HMD Global head Juho Sarvikas tweeted, “Been super busy planning #MWC2018. Please expect it to be awesome.” This surely takes our hope high and we are definitely expecting something really good from the company.

The smartphone with top-of-the-line specifications, Nokia 9 is also rumored to be showcased at the event. Nokia 1 is the first smartphone to run Android Go and it is also expected to be launched by the company in the event. Apart from this, Nokia might also unveil Nokia 7 globally at MWC, 2018 which is for now only restrained in China. Nokia 4G feature phone, having QWERTY keyboard might also be the part of the event.
