Nokia 6 (2018) Launched With Snapdragon 630 & 32GB/64GB Storage at CNY1,499/1,699

Nokia has unveiled the Nokia 6 finally in China today. The smartphone was being teased by a lot of websites from last few days. The speculations were already raised and leaks about the device had revealed a few features of the phone already. Availability of the phone in India is going to take a few months though.

The Nokia 6 (2018) has been unveiled in China in two storage variants – one with 4 GB of RAM in combination with 32 GB of internal storage which comes with a price tag of CNY 1499 (approximately Rs 14,600) and one with 4 GB of RAM in combination with 64 GB of internal storage which comes with a price tag of CNY 1699 (approximately Rs 16,600). Pre-ordering of the phone has been ushered by E-retailer Suning already, while the phone will be on sale from January 10.


Talking about the features of Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 6 (2018) flaunts a 5.5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 16:9. Powering the device is an octa-core processor with four cores at a clock speed of 2.2GHz and the other four cores at 1.9 GHz which can be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset. The processor is clubbed with 4 GB of RAM.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Nokia 6 (2018) sports a 16 MP primary snapper on the rear panel and an 8 MP front selfie capturer. The rear panel also sports a fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options on the board include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. Sensors on the board include a Proximity sensor and an Accelerometer. Packing the device is a massive 3000 mAh battery assuring an amazing usage time.
