Mobile World Congress in Barcelona showcased so many devices and one such company is HMD owned Nokia which has launched many devices in the event. The list includes some models like Nokia 7 Plus, new Nokia 6, Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 1 and Nokia 8110 4G. All these smartphones come with some special specs, for example, Nokia 1 is the company’s first smartphone with Android Oreo (Go Edition) device. Likewise, the Nokia 8 Sirocco is HMD Global’s first flagship phone for 2018, while the Nokia 8110 4G, dubbed the ‘banana phone’ which comes with 4G LTE capabilities and as a revamped version of the old phone.
Nokia 8 Sirocco:
Nokia 8 Sirocco comes with a 5.5-inch QHD curved pOLED display which is supported by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It measures 140.93 x 72.97 x 7.5 mm. Nokia 8 Sirocco runs Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. It is powered an Octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 mobile platform. It features 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Nokia 8 Sirocco comes with the dual 12MP + 13MP camera on the back and there is a 5MP selfie lens with 1.4µm pixel size and display flash.
Nokia 8 Sirocco is powered by 3,260 mAh battery with the connectivity options which include a Type-C USB port, Bluetooth 5.0, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (MIMO) Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, and Glonass.
Nokia 7 Plus:
Nokia 7 Plus features a 6-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and is laminated and polarised. Nokia 7 Plus runs Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor which is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It can be further expanded to 256GB via microSD support. The smartphone packs 12MP + 13MP dual-rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics and features a 16MP as front-facing snapper. Nokia 7 Plus is juiced up by a non-removable 3800mAh battery.
Nokia 1 is the company’s first smartphone with Android Oreo (Go Edition) and it features 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display and supports 3.5mm headphone jack. Nokia 1 runs on Android Oreo (Go Edition). The smartphone is powered by a 1.1GHz MediaTek MT6737M quad-core processor which is coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. For optics, the Nokia 1 comes with a 5MP rear-facing shooter an LED Flash and there is also a 2MP front-facing snapper for taking selfies. The Nokia 1 comes with a removable 2150 mAh battery.
