Samsung’s Galaxy new flagship has been teased online by the online retailer Amazon India. The teasers on the Amazon’s page regarding this new mystery device stated “new ways to shop” and “superior performance”, and the company is nowadays focussing of Galaxy J series so on this basis it can be concluded that the phone might be a variant of Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro.
The only lineup of Samsung which is in budget and is completely compatible with Samsung Pay is the Galaxy J7 Pro. And this suggestes that the phone which has been teased can not be Samsung Galaxy J7 plus as some people were speculating. Adding on, no dual camera setup which is the key feature of Samsung galaxy J7 Plus has been hinted. All these hints are supported by a sensible thought of renaming an existing device for making it a part of Galaxy On series rather than unveling such a new device which is not even available in the country for offline sale. Amazon on answering regarding the queries about the availability of the mystery device said “coming soon.”
Talking about the features of the Samsung Galaxy J7 pro, it flaunts a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels. Powering the device is a 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor which comes clubbed with 3 GB of RAM. 64 GB of internal storage is also packed by the device that can be expanded up to 128 GB via inserting a microSD card.
Camera-wise, a 13 MP rearsnapper is sported on the phone along with a 13 MP front selfie shooter. Packing the device is a 3600 mAh non-removable battery. It measures 152.40 mm x 74.70 mm x 7.90 mm in dimensions. Connectivity options on the board include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG and 4G. Sensors on the board include a Compass Magnetometer, a Proximity sensor, an Accelerometer, an Ambient light sensor and a Gyroscope.
Stay tuned for further updates.
