After Reliance Jio, now Micromax and Vodafone India have released a cheapest 4G smartphone in India market. The device came with an unbelievable price tag of Rs.999 only and named as Bharat 2 Ultra. As per the previous article, Bharat 1 smartphone was launched by BSNL and Micromax with a price tag of Rs. 2,200. It seems that the war for the low-cost 4G device is getting warmer now. As per the previous article, following this competition Airtel and Karbonn recently released their 4G smartphone. The Bharat 2 smartphone now termed as the cheapest 4G enabled smartphone in the market.
However, there is a twist behind this lower price. The device comes with an offer that makes this as a Rs.999 4G smartphone. As per the new offer, the buyers will have to pay Rs. 2,899. After 18 months they will get a cashback of Rs. 900 and Rs.1000 cashback after next 18 months. By this, the price of the device comes down to Rs. 999. The cashback amount will be transferred to the users Vodafone M-Pesa account, sources informed. There are some other terms and conditions that the users have to follow to get this offer. The users have to recharge Rs. 150 every month in their Vodafone numbers for 18 months.
Now, coming to the specifications of this device, the screen size of this smartphone will be 4-inch which will 480 x 800-pixel resolution. The device comes with a Spreadtrum quad-core processor. The users will get 512 MB of RAM, and the internal memory of this device will be 4 GB. Bharat 2 Ultra comes with a 2 MP rear camera and 0.3 MP front camera. A 130mAh battery has been fitted inside the device. It is said that the device will have the same features and specification that are available in Bharat 2 smartphone.
