Evan Blass has mentioned in his recent tweet that the upcoming LG G6 mini will have a new name and that is LG Q6. A trusted source further reveals that this new handset is going to have a 5.4-inch screen display with 18:5:9 aspect ratio.
Blass has added that this phone will provide its users with 3GB of RAM and a single rear camera of 13MP. The tweet also reveals that this upcoming mini handset has recently passed through FCC and has received a certification as model number M700.
If the tweet turns out to be true, then the launch of this handset is going have its landmark in the history of smartphones. In that case, this is going to be the first time that a mini handset is going to have an extra wide screen.
The prices of mini handsets are usually less; however, this flagship of the LG Company is not really watering down the prices. We can anyway hope for a reasonable cost.
Unfortunately, there isn’t any information till now whether the handset will be running on Snapdragon 821 chipset or it will adapt to something new.
Turning pages back to the month of April, the LG Company had revealed that it is working on a mini version of its G6 flagship. To the curiosity of all its customers, the new handset is getting ready to be summoned by new name, which is LG Q6 (as mentioned by Evan Blass in his tweet).
