Lenovo ZUK Z3 Max Leaked: SD836, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage

Lenovo owned ZUK Z3 Max which is the alleged successor to last year’s ZUK Z2 has been spotted online on Chinese Online Networking site Weibo. A screenshot and an image were uploaded on the site.

With the screenshot released, it can be seen that smartphone will arrive with the soon to be launched Snapdragon 836 processor. This processor is the upgrade of existing processors SoC – Snapdragon 835. It will clock at 2.5GHz. Along with the leaks of processors, it is also predicted that the smartphone will come with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The device is likely to run on Android Nougat 7.1 out-of-the-box with company’s ZUI user interface on top of it.

The photo released revealed that the display of the phone will be bezel-free. It can be seen that power button and the volume rocker will be on the right side of the device.

The official date of announcement is not confirmed yet but the phone is expected to be released in the month of July. There are rumors of Lenovo shutting down ZUK and might merge Moto and ZUK together. No confirmation is provided for this merger though. Now that the phone is listed online with some interesting features, the wait for the launch begins.
