Samsung Galaxy J7 Max was launched by Samsung some months back as a budget smartphone and now the smartphone is getting the latest security patch, that is, January 2018 Security Patch. The security patch contains the latest security update for the device.
The update comes with firmware version G615FUDDU1AQL4. The update only brings the security update, no other feature has been added to the update. The update is rolling out via OTA and might take some time to reach all the devices. The update is rolling out in phase but you can check for the updates by heading towards the Setting menu of the device and check for the updates manually.
