So far we are already familiar with the fact that the standard Mate 10 is codenamed as Marcel and the Pro variant comes with the codename of Blanc. Now that the news of the launch of Mate 10 is confirmed and the company announced that they will unveil the flagship Mate 10 series of phones on October 16, the leaks about the devices are at its peak.
Thanks to the popular tipster Evan Blass, the new images have popped out on the internet hinting towards the details about the devices. As per the new reports, a new device which is codenamed as Alps is most likely to be dubbed as Mate 10 Lite. The new leak gives the sneak peek into the specs part of devices named as Blanc and Alps.
Talking about the newly emerged variant, the Lite version is most likely to feature a 5.88-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and 16:9 aspect ratio. For the storage part, it will be tipped with 4GB RAM. The new device is the toned down variant, so many specs of the above-mentioned devices will be lowered for the phone. The phone will be coming with the same camera configuration as that of the Pro variant.
Now coming to the Pro version of the series, the Mate 10 Pro codenamed Blanc is likely to feature a 5.99-inch IPS LCD display with QHD 1440 x 2880 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the Mate 10 Pro runs Kirin 970 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage space. For the optics, the device boasts the combination of dual camera set-up with the lens configuration of 12MP and 20MP sensors. There will be a front camera of 8MP for taking selfies and video-calling. The device will be powered by a 4000mAh battery. The device might come with LTE Cat 16 model, IP68 water, and dust resistant rating.
