The alleged Mate series from Huawei has been in rumor mills since their announcement and we can frequently encounter so many leaks and renders of the phones coming under the Mate series which include Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, and Mate 10 Lite so far. Another model which is also anticipated to participate in this series would be Mate 10 Plus.
Now adding more salt to the rumors around, the reliable tipster, Evan Blass (aka @evleaks) today revealed the image of Huawei Mate 10 Pro images in which the device is shown coming in three color variants which are grey, blue, and brown.
From the image, many things can be extracted. The foremost noticeable feature would the dual-camera set-up on the rear of the device which is circumference by a patterned strip providing the phone a two-tone design. Another thing to be noticed is the fingerprint scanner which is placed in the center of the rear panel. The phone will be coming with nearly bezel-less design and feature a tall display of a 6-inch, 1440 x 2880 pixels one with an 18:9 aspect ratio.
The device is said to feature a Leica-certified imaging system and the phone will be powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC. Also, the phone might be tipped with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal flash memory which is further expandable via a microSD card slot. The phone might be juiced up by a 4,200mAh non-removable battery.
Moreover, a close look at the render also shows the letters “AI” which is there to give the hint of the company’ focus on artificial intelligence computing. The phone will be unveiled on October 16 along with the Mate 10, Mate 10 Plus, and the Mate 10 Lite.
