The specifications of the rumoured upcoming smartphone of HTC named U11 Plus have been given in a tweet post by reliable leakster Evan Blass. As per the rumour, the device will be coming with 2.45GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with Octa-Core Kryo 280 CPU and a 6 inch WQHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 538ppi pixel density.
The company has sent out media invites for a launch event on November 2 in Taipei and it is assumed that HTC will be launching the HTC U11 Plus. But still one cannot say as to which smartphone model the company is actually going to launch that day. Having said that, the rumoured HTC U11 Pus device has also received the TENAA certification.
As per the leaked specifications of the device, the HTC U11 Plus will be coming in two storage variants-one with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage capacity and the second with a 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The internal storage in both the options can be expanded with the help of microSDXC card.
The images submitted on the TENAA website also reveal that there will be a fingerprint scanner in the rear side of the phone. The leaks also show that the device will come with a 12 mega-pixel camera along with dual-LED flash in the rear side. In the front, the U11 Plus will sport a 8 mega-pixel sensor. It is also said that the smartphone sports IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. As per the tweet by Evan Blass, the device is powered by a 3,930mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. It is expected to come with Edge sense and Boomsound features for audio capabilities. The previous reports on the device have also revealed that the phone will come with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box OS.
