Honor V10 and Honor 7X Goes Official at an Event in London

The much talked about smartphones from Huawei, Honor V10 and Honor 7X have been launched at an event in London today. While the Honor 7X has been launched in India, Honor V10 is announced for the global users. As told earlier, Honor 7X will go on sale exclusively via Amazon India on Thursday, December 7. Honor V10 was launched in China a week earlier.

Honor 7X:

The newly released smartphone from the company comes with a 5.93-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) IPS display which is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core SoC with four Cortex-A53 cores clocking at 2.36GHz and 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocking at 1.7GHz, coupled with 4GB of RAM. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 on top of it.

For the photography, the Honor 7X sports a dual camera setup which consists of a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with PDAF and an LED flash, whereas there is an 8-megapixel camera on the front panel. There will two variants for storage- 32GB and 64GB and the expandable memory of 256GB via microSD card in a hybrid dual-SIM configuration.

Coming to the pricing details of Honor 7X, the 32GB inbuilt is priced at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 12,890), whereas the 64GB model is priced at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 16,850), and the 128GB variant is priced at CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs. 19,820).

Honor V10:

Honor V10 is a dual sim phone that runs on Android 8.0. The new smartphone comes with a 5.99-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels at a PPI of 403 pixels per inch which is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 970 processor and has 4GB with 64 GB internal memory which is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD.

The smartphone sports a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel selfie snapper on the front. For keeping the lights on, it is powered by a 3750mAh non-removable battery. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G, which sensors like Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope are coming along with the device.

V10 will be on sale for CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs 16,850).
