Google had launched its two new smartphones named Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL in this month. For some time the device gained more popularity, but after some few days, the users faced many issues reading this device. As per the report, some users face screen relates issues in their Google Pixel 2 XL devices. Now, this model is under scrutiny, and Google is trying to fix these screen related issues. Google has not given any statement regarding what the company is doing to fix this problem. Now, some users of Google Pixel 2 has complained about some issues. The users complained that the Pixel 2 devices are now giving clicking, and high-pitched hissing sounds when they are making calls and other activities.
The report came to limelight when Pixel Users Community thread informed that more than a hundred users are now facing this type of annoying sound problem. One user named Artem Russakovskii informed that he is facing the same issue on his Google Pixel 2 XL model. It seems that, not only the smaller phone, the larger phone also has the same problem. It can be a major headache for the tech giant Google as people may not have expected to get this type of problems from these devices.
As per the report, the users facing hissing sound when they turn on the display and also get constant beeping sounds when they make any phone call. This annoying noise only can be noticed when the device is right next to the ear. However, if the company wants to stay in the competition, then it should fix those issues as soon as possible.
On the other side, stating to this problem, Google has instructed the users to do the RMA process to stop hissing sound. Clicking sound can be prevented by turning off NFC, but there is no way to stop hissing sounds. In the upcoming week Google will release a fox for this, one Google representative informed.
