Coolpad Cool Play 6 Having 6GB RAM to Launch in India on August 20

Imagine a handset packed with powerful hardware and excellent battery? Sounds unrealistic, fret not. Coolpad, a Chinese Tech company, is bringing the next in its series of Coolpad headsets, Coolpad Cool Play 6, to India. The brand officially announced this news on their Facebook page recently. They revealed the launch date as 20 August.

Coolpad Cool Play 6 is already available in China since May. But the company now plans to enter the Indian market on August 20. The expected features with which it will be brought to India are: Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) software, 1.4 GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor. The dual SIM phone will have a 5.5 inch full touch-screen display with a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels. It will be available with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB built-in storage.

Moreover, this phone has a lot to offer to the users. The metallic body will provide the safety and a non removable 4060 mAh Li-ion battery, can be a delight for the gamers. For the photography enthusiasts, the phone will have a dual-focus rear camera (13 megapixel+13 megapixel) with LED flash. The secondary camera is 8 megapixel.

Shifting to the dimension and connectivity options. The Chinese version of this device has the following dimensions: 152*75.2*8.44 mm and weighs approximately 170 g. It was launched in China in two colors: Gold and Black. It has 3G, 4G, VolTe, Wifi, and Bluetooth connectivity. Other features include: GPS, Accelerometer, proximity & light sensors and fingerprint sensor. It has a 3.5 mm audio jack. The phone costs approximately Rs. 14000/- in China and its Indian variant is assumed to be somewhere close to this value.
