BSNL’s Rs 1,599 Broadband Plan Is Now Offering 10 Mbps Download Speed

The state-owned telecom service provider, BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) is now revising some of its broadband plans which include Rs 1599 Broadband plan. In order to give perfect competition in the broadband sector, the company is now revising its old plans and with this BSNL has come with new data tariffs for the plan. The BBG Combo ULD 1599 comes with unlimited internet data which is applicable for both download and upload.

There are many benefits of this plans. Firstly, the plan offers download speed of up to 10 Mbps for 70GB of usage which when reaching the FUP limit, is reduced to 2 Mbps throughout the rest of the plan. Secondly, the plan also offers free calling services included in the plan which comes with unlimited free calling for24 hours for both local/STD calls on any network across India.

Lastly, one email ID along with 1GB of space with this plan. A static IP address with this plan will be provided which will add Rs 1800 more for the charges for a period of a year.

There are many other benefits which come along with the plan.

  • There will be no extra charge for this plan.
  • If you subscribe to the one year plan, then you will get a month’s service free. If the user opts for the two-year plan, then he will be exempted to pay the service charge for three months. Similarly, for the three-year subscription, the user will get six months of no service charges.
  • But the thing to be noted here is that the user has to deposit a security charge before activating the service and the minimum time should be of one month of the subscription.

The plan is good for those who have a need for unlimited calls and data usage as the company has revised the free calls from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM which earlier was 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The newly revised plan will prove to be a good offer where all other incumbents are busy fighting the war against each other in the telecom sector.
