The new model from BlackBerry has now stepped its foot in the smartphone market dubbed as BlackBerry Motion. The TCL unveiled the smartphone at GITEX Technology Week in Dubai as an all-touch smartphone which is designed to “empower the most challenging, on-the-go lifestyle.” The phone is only available in selective markets which included UAE where it is priced at Dh1,699 and $463 in USD. Moreover, In Saudi Arabia, the handset can be bought for 1,699 Riyal. The availability of the Motion will soon hit the other markets of the world soon.

Specifications of BlackBerry Motion:
Falling in line with the previously leaked specs, the phone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Premium Anti-Scratch screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution (FHD) which is powered by a Snapdragon processor paired with 4 GB of RAM. The dual sim smartphone runs Android 7.1 Nougat which comes out-of-the-box but the device will be updated to the recently released Oreo version soon. The phone houses a big battery of 4,000 mAh which is the biggest battery fueling a BlackBerry device and compatibility with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0. The device also got an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance.
The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the home button of the device on the front panel. More details will be shared soon.
