The Taiwanese multinational electronics and computer hardware company, AsusTek Computer Inc. is set to extend its much talked about Asus ZenFone AR smartphone to India on July 13.
The only smartphone in the entire world to support the Google Tango, Daydreams, and Google Daydreams VR technologies together in one handset, the Asus ZenFone AR, is geared up to hit the markets with an approximate price of about Rs. 57250/- in India.
The official statement highlighting the launch was brought to the limelight by the Director of the Mobile Product Center for ASUS in India, Dinesh Sharma, in an exclusive interview with India Today Tech in May 2017.
ASUS ZenFone AR, initially announced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017 in Las Vegas, exhibits a 5.7” Super AMOLED QHD display with a processing unit of Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, 8 GB RAM, and 32/64/128/256 GB internal storage that can be expanded with a microSD card.
This trendy smartphone that has surfaced the electronic gadgets list will perhaps wipe the floor with similar Apple, Samsung and HTC devices, by showcasing its smartest smartphone features.
The Asus ZenFone AR operates on the Android 7.0 Nougat on a 3300 mAh battery, and has 3 cameras on board that aims to generate a rich 3-D image of the object. The prime eye-catchy camera is of 23 MP with OIS and 4K video recording system, while the 8 MP front camera works as a perfect selfie shooter. The two cameras are designed for motion tracking and depth sensing.
The teaser drive of this smartphone, initiated by the company prior to its release, has been widely acclaimed in all social media platforms, as it followed the hashtag of #DareToDream.
