Additionally, Apple’s iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus shows improved display line. Users will be able to experience the True Tone technology, currently available on the 10.5-inch iPad Pro. With this feature, the screen will automatically adjust to the ambient light in the room. Hence, offering more accurate colors. Furthermore, the iPhone 8 will come in three color: Silver, Space Gray, and Gold Finish.

On the optics front, iPhone 8 will flaunt a single 12-megapixel lens that is faster, and offers optical image stabilization. On the other hand, the iPhone 8 Plus will feature two rear cameras of 12 megapixel each and an aperture of f/1.8 and f/2.8. Moreover, the dual cameras offer Portrait Lighting that adjusts the lighting for portrait shots. And improvements in the video can be seen as well. The new devices will support 4K shooting with 60fps. The Slow motion videos will now support up to 1080p resolution at 240fps.

An additional feature in the iPhone 8 is the augmented reality. This is the first time, a smartphone is featuring this, and iPhone 8 will come with calibrated cameras for AR. Along with this, is a new gyroscope and accelerometer that will improve motion tracking.
