Android O Will Debut on August 21st: Rumors

There are rumors that the Android O official release has been delayed by Google and is now likely to be scheduled on August 21st, according to the information added by popular leakster Evan Blass.

This Android O operating system update is going to be available to the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus Player, Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL and Google Pixel C. After the official release of this update, the smartphone makers will roll it out to their devices by customizing it with special features and overlays.

Several new features that have been introduced in this Android O operating system include the picture in picture (PiP) mode. This PiP feature helps in watching a video on a smaller screen while using the rest of the display for doing other tasks on our handset itself. Besides, there are new background colors added and the ability to snooze notifications for later have been added as well. Some of the other features are the Autofill API, improved battery life and improved Bluetooth Audio.
