Alleged Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S Leaked Render Reveals 8GB RAM and In-Display Fingerprint Scanner

The Chinese smartphone company, Xiaomi is supposedly going to release Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S at  Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 which will kick off on February 26. The company might be releasing the device on March 1. The phone has been leaked several times and now recently the leaked images of the smartphones have been surfaced on Chinese social media platform Weibo. These new images reveal what the new handset could finally look like. By looking at the images it can be said with surety that Mi Mix 2S will be the upgraded model of the Mi Mix 2.

Going by the images, the device is seen coming with a 5.99-inch bezel-less display just like Mi Mix 2. The Mi Mix 2S will have negligible bezels which will have a front-facing snapper that is positioned in the upper right corner of the phone’s display. There will also be a dual camera set-up on the rear panel of the device.

Coming to the specifications of the device, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S will have some top-notch features. The smartphone is likely to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 processor which will be paired with 8GB RAM along with the 256GB storage. The dual camera setup on the back will have a sensor of 12MP. Also, as there was no presence of the fingerprint on the smartphones, therefore, the rumors have it that, just like in Vivo X20 Plus UD, Mi Mix 2S could feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. Also, the phone would be identical to the Apple iPhone X, which will have a top “notch” at the top of its display.

Further details will be shared regularly.
